Refunds and Returns

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Whether you used a drop or used up everything and you're still unhappy we'll issue you a full refund no questions asked. You don't even need to return the item. Please contact us at support@lavoskin.com.
• If you purchased more than 1 unit of the same item, the remaining (unused and still new) items must be returned in order for you to receive a refund.
• For example if you ordered 3 bottles of the Clarifying Facial Cleanser and used 1 bottle then you must return the other 2 in original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
